The systems would be advanced from static to regulation to dynamic completion and tests.

Pre-Commissioning

Systematic checking of completed installations to ensure safe conditions for start up and check systems are ready for commissioning.

Commissioning

Commissioning would be carried out in accordance with the design specification requirements using methods recommended/approved by CIBSE/BSRIA.

Documentation

A complete report would be produced incorporating all pre-commissioning sheets and test sheets

Demonstration

The results would be demonstrated to the Client's representative as required.
